Trek through rainforest trails, cool off in scenic streams, and soak in the sights and songs of the jungle.

Next, discover the untouched and united beauty of Sinharaja, the country’s last primary rainforest and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Spend a full day exploring this emerald wilderness with a guide, keeping an eye out for special birds, langurs, butterflies, and unique flora.

Onward to Udawalawe National Park, where a thrilling safari puts you face-to-face with majestic Asian elephants, playfully curious monkeys, and a variety of other wildlife in their natural habitat.

Early risers can join a whale-watching cruise to spot blue whales, Bryde’s whales, and dolphins in the sparkling Indian Ocean.

Along the way, explore the historic city of Galle, wander through the UNESCO-listed Galle Fort, glide along the Madu River by boat, and visit a turtle conservation project to witness efforts to protect these endangered creatures.
